Always impressed at how organised Shona is with her courses and with the added pressures at the moment to ensure social distancing, the course ran very smoothly. There was a huge amount of different techniques to learn and everyone worked together to create a fantastic range of afternoon tea treats. It was a full day course and Shona had made it a busy one! Delighted with the end results and have some excellent recipes that I will enjoy making again. Shona is always very quick to answer any questions and is really good at sending links to equipment used on the course if you ask.

Interesting and well paced class , lots to learn with all skills being transferable, and a really delicious end result. Shona teaches in a friendly and encouraging way.

The online classes are great. It really feels like I am learning something really valuable during lockdown whilst not having to leave the house! Such great value and you get the ingredients sent to you in advance which couldn't be easier! The online classes are great and you really feel like you are in a 'real' class. We would like to thank you so so much for our truly amazing wedding cake. It was better than we could ever imagine. Some of our guests didn't realise at first that it was a cake, they thought it was made from actual wood! And the lemon cake on the top was to die for.

I attended a one to one chocolate making course at Taystful. Shona was brilliant, explaining a lot about the techniques. Nothing was to much trouble and the course was beyond what I was expecting. One to one is a considered purchase, but well worth it!

We ordered a cake from Taysful cakes for our Wedding in March 2016 at the Atholl Palace in Pitlochry. The entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure. Shona was very helpful and accommodating while we were determining the details on the cake design. Shona provided my whole family with a delicious cake tasting where we were able to see some of her fantastic chocolate work that was on display. The cake was personally delivered on our wedding day and Shona ensured that it was set up perfectly on display before leaving. The cake was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations, what a talent! Most importantly the cake tasted delicious and was gone within a few days of the wedding!
