Top tip - Icing Individual and Mini Cakes.

Mini individual cakes are usually a bit of a fiddle to ice! When you get to icing the sides of them, pop a cocktail stick through both layers of it to keep them stable. Also put a blob of icing underneath each one to stick them to the mini boards. Once you take the sticks out, you can then ice the top.
